In lamination, flat or web-based material layers are joined into a flexible composite material. In wrapping, this surface material is subsequently applied to a finished, mostly three-dimensional substrate component. Both processes complement each other: laminated material builds are positively bonded to the substrate in the wrapping process.

We work with ISO 9001 certified processes; CQC certification for deliveries to China is possible on a project-specific basis. Production-related visual, haptic and dimensional inspections are aligned with the relevant component requirement.

We process a wide range of high-quality cover materials, including Nappa leather, robust synthetic leather, Alcantara, microfiber, acoustic fabrics, as well as technical textiles and foams for soft-touch backings.

After receiving your inquiry (drawing, bill of materials, or material specification), we provide an assessment and propose a timeline. This is followed by process design and sample production according to your requirements. After your approval of the sample, we start documented series production with full traceability.

Yes. We manufacture both high-volume large series and exclusive, craftsmanship-intensive small series and prototypes for premium and sports car manufacturers.

We align material, process and samples with the relevant customer requirements. Release and inspection processes such as PPAP or ISIR are handled project-side with the customer or OEM and are not offered as independent KHL services.

For speaker coverings, we use special acoustic fabrics with high sound transparency. Tension forces are set and documented individually for each frame so that the acoustic performance remains largely unaffected.

We assess and process suitable recycled sewing yarn on a project-specific basis, following the customer's specification and approval.
